My name is Mikayla and I have a passion for cooking foods that correlate to particular diets. Each diet has some benefit to offer and I add the delicious food that you can enjoy. Where some people see restrictions, I see opportunity.
I have been upgrading my own life for about 3 years now. I used to be incredibly fatigued all the time and I finally got fed up with feeling terrible. I started changing my diet and a complete 180 happened. I have more energy today than I have ever in my life. My brain works much better and even I surprise myself with how strong I can be.
Switching to a new diet can be hard and when I first switched my diet to bulletproof it was a bit rough to get the hang of it. I hope this blog will make life a bit easier for you in whatever path you choose to take. I especially enjoy posting healthier versions of once loved ” junk food items” and sharing my findings of companies who make products that I believe in. I am open to every diet and you can see from my recipes I try to make things that can correspond to many different diets at once.
